Accruu, LLC is committed to ensuring that Accruu Vision is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform and strive to adhere to accepted accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Target

Accruu Vision aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA while maintaining compatibility with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

2. Current Status

We consider our platform to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard.

3. Measures Taken

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:

• Semantic HTML elements used throughout (headings, landmarks, lists, tables)
• ARIA labels on interactive elements including buttons, inputs, and navigation
• Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards for body text
• Keyboard navigation support for interactive elements
• Focus-visible indicators on all interactive components
• Responsive design supporting text zoom up to 200%
• iOS app supports Dynamic Type with tiered maxFontSizeMultiplier settings
• Skip-to-content links on portal pages

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• AI-generated images: Renovation visualization images are generated by AI and may lack detailed alt text describing the specific design changes shown. We provide contextual labels (room type, design style) but not descriptions of the visual content.
• Before/after image comparisons: The visual comparison between original and renovated images relies on visual perception. Text alternatives describe the room and style but not the visual differences.
• PDF exports: Cost breakdown PDF exports may not be fully screen-reader accessible.

Accruu, LLC assessed the accessibility of Accruu Vision through self-evaluation, including automated testing tools, manual keyboard navigation testing, and screen reader testing with VoiceOver (iOS/macOS).
